You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68gl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. 68gl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified 68gl of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 68gl accounts are personal and non-transferable.
68gl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 68gl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your 68gl account. 68gl reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be unable to process withdrawals. 68gl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to payment provider processing times. 68gl reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 68gl Platform without the prior written consent of 68gl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68gl, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
68gl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 68gl's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. 68gl shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
In all cases, 68gl's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 68gl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 68gl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
